The Terms and Conditions below (“Terms”) outline your rights and responsibilities when using the VITAES website, videos, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By subscribing to or using the VITAES website, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and access the content on VITAES. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Purpose of the Service
VITAES provides informational and inspirational career content featuring professionals of color sharing their journeys, insights, and advice. The goal is to broaden awareness of career possibilities and help users envision a successful future. Content is meant for educational, personal development, and career exploration purposes only.

3. Subscriptions and Access
VITAES content is available through monthly or annual subscription plans, for fees outlined on the VITAES website. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your designated payment method at the start of each billing period. Once your subscription has been activated, you’ll receive unlimited access to our full video library for the duration of your active subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew and subscription fees are automatically charged to the method payment provided by you, unless canceled by you prior to the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings. Subscription fees are updated annually. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Subscriptions are non-transferable, and grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to access the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use during the subscription period. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Appropriate Use
We ask that all users engage with VITAES respectfully and responsibly. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
